BBVA Design System
As part of BBVA’s global digital rebrand, I led the creation of a scalable, component-based design system that powered a new CMS experience across five countries. This system was built in tandem with development in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and served as the foundation for hundreds of pages and templates for our design system.

- Created a flexible design/code component library for the BBVA U.S. team
- Defined naming conventions and spacing systems for scale
- Collaborated weekly with developers for seamless AEM handoff
- Built patterns that could adapt across product, marketing, and legal pages
